The RedContact App (the Product) is licensed for use under the terms of the Apple's' LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for Apps transacted on the Apple Store.

We do not collect any of your personal data (such as your name, address, email, age, etc.) through the Product.

We may collect anonymous information and statistics regarding the usage of the Product, such as technical data in the event of failures, in order to apply timely fixes and improve the Product's behaviour.

We offer the Product through a one-time transaction in the Apple Store. We will not contact you for in-app purchases or advertisement.

The Product works stand alone on your devices; it is not integrated with any Social Media App or Web Site where your data may be collected.

We may have the opportunity to get your name and mail address when you contact us for support, either through the Contact Link on this Web Site menu or directly to the mail address you will find on the Web Site footer. In this case only, we would retain these information (i.e. your name and mail address) and any other data you may decide to provide in your communication, with the sole purpose to tracking your request and manage it appropriately. Even so, we will promptly delete all the information you sent us should you request to do so. You can make this request as part of your communication or at any later moment.
